1. Scope
This policy explains how MapleRing collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information through this website, its customer portal and related customer-service activities.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details, including name, phone number, email and preferred contact method.
- Application and support information that you choose to submit.
- Customer, line, plan, invoice and payment-status records needed to provide and administer service. We do not collect full payment-card details in public forms.
- Account security records, such as password hashes, sessions and email verification activity. We do not store readable passwords.
- Anti-abuse information, including a keyed hash derived from network and browser signals, submission identifiers and Cloudflare Turnstile results. Raw IP addresses are not stored in our form-protection tables.
3. How we use information
- Respond to applications and support requests.
- Verify identity, operate the customer portal and protect accounts.
- Set up and administer mobile service, billing, payments and customer communications.
- Detect duplicate submissions, spam, fraud, security incidents and misuse.
- Meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.
4. Consent and choices
We request clear consent before a public application or support form is submitted. You may withdraw consent for optional communications, but we may still use information where needed to provide requested service, protect the system or meet legal obligations.
5. Retention and backups
We keep active customer and transaction records for operational, legal and accounting needs. Unconverted applications and closed support records are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Anti-abuse rate-limit and submission-receipt records expire after seven days.
6. Safeguards
Safeguards include role-based staff access, password hashing, session controls, audit records, rate limits, duplicate protection, Turnstile verification when configured, restricted backups and transport encryption. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent, or request deletion where we no longer need the information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Contact and changes
Use the customer support form for privacy questions or complaints. We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the version that applies to new form submissions.
