Terms of Use

Effective September 4, 2026Last updated September 4, 2026

1. Using this website

These terms apply to the MapleRing website, public forms, staff-assisted service and customer portal. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

2. Independent service

MapleRing provides independent mobile-plan sales and customer-service support. Carrier names and trademarks belong to their owners. Unless expressly stated in a confirmed agreement, this website is not a carrier website and does not create an agency relationship.

3. Plans, prices and applications

Website information is general and may change. A submitted application is a request for follow-up, not a binding order. Eligibility, coverage, price, taxes, discounts, device compatibility, roaming, activation and number transfer remain subject to confirmation before service is finalized.

4. Accounts and accurate information

  • Provide accurate, current information and update it when needed.
  • Keep customer-portal credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Do not submit another person’s information unless you are authorized to do so.
  • Do not enter passwords, full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in public forms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, automate abusive submissions, test vulnerabilities without permission, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect customers, staff or systems.

6. Payments and third parties

When online payments are offered, they will be handled by an identified third-party payment processor. Its terms and privacy practices also apply. Public forms on this website do not collect payment-card details.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep information and services available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, MapleRing is not responsible for indirect losses caused by carrier outages, third-party systems, inaccurate customer information or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy, changes and law

The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new dated version. These terms are governed by applicable Canadian and provincial law.

9. Contact

Use the customer support form if you have a question about these terms.
